The structure can cancel the booking within 2 days for justified reasons. ( For example: invalidity of your card, not availability of the apartment etc.)

You are kindly required to send us a down payment for your rental stay equal to 50% at the momento of the reservation by bank transfer and send a copy of the payment to us by mail [email protected]. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the property, before collecting the key to the apartment. Payment of the balance must be paid on arrival.

The reservation will be validated with pre-authorization of 50% on your credit card for your stay, after which the amount will be collected on a regular basis for deposit. The balance must be paid on arrival.
